“I needed a tool to remove the proprietary strap that came with my citizen watch. After a quick reference to a video on You tube, I worked out how to use it and in next to no time the strap was replaced. It does what it says on the tin. :-) The tool will come in handy when I want to fix straps other than Nato's which will give all my watches a new lease of life when I want to swap out their straps.”
