“Bought the Navy/Red version despite concerns that the shiny finish might make the strap look somewhat cheap. On the contrary, this strap loks very impressive in the flesh. The shininess of the fabric is subtle enough that it doesn't attract attention. Additionally, the red part of the strap is slightly less shiny giving a nice contrast in finish as well as colour. Compared to traditional NATO straps, this is incredibly soft and very, very comfortable. I do wish that these were offered as 2-pc straps with fabric keepers as it would make them better suited for dressier watches.”
