“Great idea, poorly executed. The straps are comfy and seem well made, the depolyant also looks well made but does not perform well. First it is way over sized, the strap attachment origami is over complicated, and the locking pin on the buckle is too short to easily secure it closed, I believe it is a combination of the thickness of the straps being looped thru the bars and the short locking stud. I have a 7" wrist and this buckle is way too large completely covering the underside of my wrist. I wouldn't recommend this product in it's current form.”

“The Octopod buckle and strap looks even better than the OEM bracelet that comes with the Seiko GMT. It definitely feels more comfortable and the ease of slipping on/off is a huge plus.”

“Looks great, finish is nice, isn't hard to adjust once you get the hang of it. My buckle needs a little extra squeeze to close, very gentle click in place, its my only minor complaint. With the elastic band, I don't fiddle with it more than once a day (dont need adjustment). I am absolutely buying another!”

“Perfect fit for my FXD, would like to find the same sandbasted in 22mm… maybe as an improvment try to make it a bit smaller in next release and a bit less expensive but honnestly these are details ! The buckle is really qualitative, confortable, stable.”

“The buckle is labeled 22mm, but it's 24mm in size, which I like. It can accommodate a 22mm band. It's comfortable, hasn't shown any scratches and it's been a month, and it looks good. I will purchase another. Installing the band is tricky. I had to follow the illustration in the website, and it involved some trial and error, and multiple reinstalls. I am pleased overall. I exceeded my expectations. It shipped quickly. I live in the USA”
