“Having ordered two diaries - which were exactly what I was looking for as Christmas gifts - everything went wrong in the delivery - both damaged. Speaking with Yop & Tom they assured me two new ones would be sent out with proper packing - but when they arrived the diaries were once again damaged, so a refund was requested and received.
A great product but let down by other parts of the team. Happy to use again when they've got everything sorted.”
