Have swapped out almost all animal products for organic grass fed to avoid antibiotics and grain fed in particular, but still like to have the occasional deep fried treat. A couple of jars of this allows me to batch cook deep fried keto chicken, fish, prawns etc which I can then freeze and heat up in the oven. Lovely flavour and the cheapest price I've found.”
