“Tomatoes are acidic so they shouldn’t be in metal tubings. This is fantastic as it’s in a glass jar, organic and delicious. If you aren’t going to use it all up, pour olive oil over the top of the puree to ensure it keeps well.”

“This is my favourite tomato purée. It’s slightly runnier than what you get in a tin or tube and is perfect to put straight on a pizza.”
