“Tomatoes are acidic so I don’t like buying them in metal and unfortunately most are sold in metal cans or tubes. This is the only organic and glass tomato puree that I can find. It’s tasty and perfect. A tip from me, if you can’t use up the whole jar, cover the top with a layer of olive oil to preserve it.”
