“Excited to receive this nice rain jacket, being a custom too many technical Gore-Tex style jackets by upper and companies like the Northface. The style of the Midland Kieth however is unique, and although it isn't a technical jacket, it's very waterproof and much better looking than my far more expensive breathable jackets. Three points, however, that I think will improve this jacket significantly (at not much of an increased cost to the manufacturer): 1) PLEASE use a much higher quality zipper up the front, perhaps a steel one. The cheap one you use does not mate easily, it sticks, and it is utterly too weak for a garment like this; 2) the velcro on the sleeve is cheap, it doesn't grab and hold, and will wear out in a few months of use - PLEASE consider a better system. Finally, the sizing may be great for the UK, but the UK large is a US medium - people are grossly more overweight, and arguably unhealthy here in America - but alas! They still want to stay dry in the rain. You might consider a dual UK/US size chart that takes the variance into account. Other than that, this is a nice, traditional rain jacket!”
