“Sadly this is a negative review. The product itself was acceptable quality but it wasn’t what I ordered. The first delivery was the cowboy outback with a perforated crown, NOT what I’d ordered. That was replace FoC but with a brown version NOT what I ordered. This time I had to pay for the privilege of returning it. So useless customer service - would not recommend Walker and Hawkes - go to Amazon or your nearest market trader.”
