“When I saw this hat advertised at just £14.99 I thought it would be very lightweight and insubstantial.
But I was wrong. It is a good quality canvass and heavier than I had anticipated. The chin strap is a useful addition and I like that it is all leather, as is the band. My sister bought a similar waxed hat from another very well known manufacturer. Her hat was much more expensive and does not have a chin strap. Consequently her hat blows off. She was impressed with my Charlton hat, so am I.”
