For the price you get a lot of tablets, theres a few things that arnt so great compared to other brands though. The tablets have no coating, no thin film etc, so unfortunately they break easily in to bits and have a very chalky residue, many tablets are already broken in half in the pot when you open it.When you get to the last quarter of the bottle there are many tablets that are completely crushed in to powder, you can mix this in with food easy enough but you cant truly judge the correct dose.Sadly you buy 300 tablets but you end up with circa 250 whole ones with the rest in bits or in fine powder. As for working for their intended purpose, I think they may have helped a little, but there are much better quality out there.

I have 2 dogs of my own a staff and a mastiff cross and I also foster dogs occasionally. My mastiff has separation anxiety howling if we all have to leave house and is even worse if I have to take her sister the staff to vet for example.Despite fact I wont leave her alone at these times, either my daughter will come round to mine to dog sit or I will drop at daughters house ( she lives 5min walk away) now my dog loves my daughter and gets very excited at see her but the minute I leave with staff she will start what we call opera singing were she makes very loud whine/howl she makes at no other time and this will continue until I return home. Now I have tried many supplements (with varying degrees of success) and she also has behavioural therapy from trainer and my own experience of working with dogs and whilst her anxiety has improved in lots of other ways, including separation anxiety, she is still inconsolable when parted from our staff. This is worrying as staff is 6yrs older than her and nearly 11 with health problems __.I looked at ingredients on tablets and was pleased to see lots of natural ingredients, the tablets are not over large but as my girl is expert at find and avoid pills in food I crumble between 2 tablespoons and mix into food.I started by give them just on days would be out and although daughter said slightly less opera singing could have just been she was have good day and was hot day so maybe didnt have energy for tantrum lol.I have decided now to give her 1 a day and 3 on days she may be stressed (3 is correct dose for weight) Iv done this for last 9 days and in that time I have tested her by walk out and round block with staff and she didnt kick up much of fuss 3rd time, but could be because she got wise to trick? Main test was yesterday.I had to go vets in afternoon so I gave her dose of 3 pills in morning. When my daughter arrived to dog sit was quite surprised at reaction,my dog usually knows what this means and will start shadow me and start getting agitated but she didnt? She greeted my daughter and had play. When I put lead on staff and got ready to leave she did do usual protest of stand in front of door and start howl and I heard opera singing start as I left. But my daughter said she was much easier to calm and even took her for little walk which isnt usually possible as she is so distracted and upset.Im not say she was totally calm she wasnt, she had her moments of cry and sing and was alert at every sound run to door or window to see if us return but my daughter said it wasnt constant and she was a lot easier to distract and you could hold her attention for a little while before she realised and started singing again ____.She did usual celebration and knocking us and everything over on return but she didnt sulk at me later in evening as often does? Im going to continue to give 1 a day and 3 on stressful days and see how goes but Im hopeful. Its not nice to think your pet needs to take anti anxiety pills daily, possibly forever and can make you feel guilty and lacking But if it helps my girl not get so upset Im more than happy to deal with my emotions. The price is reasonable and if improvements continue be bargain of century.I will update this review in few weeks on continued improvement or hopefully not regression to old ways.Im give 3 stars at moment but if is genuine improvement and not just combination of hot weather make dog too tired for tantrum and her getting used to tricks I will adjust star rating accordingly ( Id happily give 10 __ if continue improve). If this (essay) review has been helpful please let me know by press the button below __ Thank you

My dog is a rather loopy Rottweiler, full of nervous energy and most things don't touch the sides, including food and or tablets, she necks them straight down without a trace. These tablets were the same. I usually hide her flea treatments etc in a small ball of chicken paste/pate and this trick has worked perfectly for every dog i have ever had. She gulped down the recommended amount for her weight, 3 hours later there was still no sign of her hyperactivity calming so i cannot recommend these, they did not work for us.The dog's still mental and right now bouncing on the kids trampoline!.Arrived quickly and well packaged. Hope you find this helpful.

CALMSURE Natural Calming Tablets for DOGS x 130 tabs.Dogs can experience stressful and scary times, and this is not necessarily when they have to go to the Vet. Fireworks and Storms are the obvious cause of stress, but sometimes simply another Dog moving close by into the neighbourhood can cause it. Dogs can be scared of getting in to and travelling in a car. Visitors coming to their home can agitate them, as can being left home alone for a couple of hours or so.If the problem is relatively minor, then I believe that it is worth trying natural products, along with some re-training. However if it does not improve or is severe, then Veterinary attention MUST be sought. The CALMSURE Tablets come in an attractive and informative cardboard box. Inside they are packed in a tamper-proof sealed round plastic pot. Printed on the label are - What the Product Is, The Daily Dose, and The List of Ingredients. The information is printed in English. There is also a multi-lingual leaflet that mirrors the information that is on the label with some additional advice. It is printed in French, German, Spanish and Italian and English. These CALMSURE Tablets are similar size oblong pain killer tablets for humans. They are not very hard and can easily be snapped in two with your fingers. When the pack is opened, there is no strong aroma. They smelt like very, very weak Horlicks. The DAILY Dosage is as follows:-Dogs Weight up to 7kg = _ Tablet per dayDogs Weight 7 - 15kg = 1 Tablet per dayDog's Weight 15 30kg = 2 Tablets per dayDog's Weight 30 45kg = 3 Tablets per dayDog's Weight 45kg & over = 4 Tablets per day The product is Made in England and the container can be re-cycled, depending on your Local Authority facilities. They have a long shelf life the Best Before Date on mine is May 2022.I do believe in using natural products to try to assist in calming our dogs. Either they will work or they wont, and in any event should do no harm.At this point in time, I cannot really comment on the effectiveness of the product. Fireworks and storms are the main events that scare my rescue dog, as does the sound of shooting in the distance, which does happen from time to time as we live in a country market town.At time of writing this Review, the RRP is 23.99 for the pot of 130 Tablets, which equates to 18_p each.

Been giving these calming tablets to one of our collies who's on enforced rest and relaxation following a major operation. He gets quite frustrated when he's not allowed to play as he normally would with our other dogs. He takes the tablets willingly and they don't appear to give him any unwanted side effects. As far as calming him down...well yes i have to say they do have some effect. Not to the point of sending him to sleep or making him lethargic. Just a little more...well relaxed. A fair bit less panting and pacing.

JOINTSURE CALMSURE for Dogs, I got these to try on my dog she is a medium breed going with her weight so Im only giving her one a day as dont want to give her to much with this being the first time trying these calming tablets but she should be given 2 a day, with her only having 1 she is still very much alert but calm which I wanted as she hates being left on her own while I nip to the shops, out to the car etc Ive asked neighbours to listen out for her once I started giving her these and by day 3 she wasnt anxious, crying or howling like she would do in the past, these tables are slightly larger than a paracetamol & white, can be given as a treat or crushed into their food. My dog just takes them as a treat, you get 130 in a tub, she seems to enjoy them, do I recommend these calmsure tablets as they have worked great for my girl
