What controller are you using (optional)? Open Source Software
I've been using Vera Pro for the last few years and have finally decided to move on. Installed Home Assistance and immediately fell in love but needed a ZWave bridge to replace the Vera hardware. After searching around I found a few recommendations on the ZWave.Me UZB1 stick. For that price tag I just thought, "Why Not?.. let's try it and see if it works". And amazingly it did. I managed to exclude and include some of my devices pretty easily and gave them a test run for a couple of weeks. Everything seems to work great and I'm now going to start moving all my devices. Strongly recommend!

A bit tricky at first but, fine once you get familiar with it.

I purchased one of these back in June 2020 and it's been working well until this morning. During a routine firmware update from 5.27 to 5.36 the device has bricked itself, the blue LED no longer turns on and it cannot be seen in the dmesg output in my Pi. The serial number is 04.19.01 and it appears as though this is a known fault that may affect batches of 04.19.01 devices: https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?t=32646 There appears to be no way of getting in touch with the manufacturer, so I'm seeing what Vesternet Tech Support can do to resolve the problem.

I bought this to use with a Pi 4 running Home Assistant OS. Minimal configuration needed and is working flawlessly so far.

Connected to a Raspberry Pi 4 using OpenZWave (beta) and Home Assistant. All working very well. Plugged it in, followed the instructions on Home Assistant web page. No software licence needed. Manufacturer's on-line support is thin, but their user forum has lots of advice.
