This device while glamorous doesn't really work with SmartThings as of the writing of this post. According to tech support SmartThings updated how devices like this should work with it's platform and Vesternet has yet to adapt these changes. Until that day comes this device will continue to look pretty on the coffee table until it is able to work with SmartThings - blossoming like a flower in Spring.”

Tried lots of things but in the absence of a degree in programming, absolutely useless I’m afraid. Total waste of money in my system. Shame.”
Sorry to hear that David, but Vera is now end of life and we see reports daily of products no longer working with the platform as it doesn't seem to be maintained properly anymore.
The controller works perfectly with the main four approved hubs we've developed for (Smartthings, Homey, Fibaro, Hubitat), and will work unofficially with many others, but Vera isn't tested or supported as it's an old platform now.

Easily integrated and didn't take any time to program the buttons as required.
Good piece of kit, would like to be able to scribe the buttons with their function.
Would recommend without reservation.”
