No issues with the device itself, not had any disconnects or timeouts and honestly the boiler receiver and the controller are about 10 meters and 3 walls apart so all good on that front. I encourage you to pay attention to the wiring as described in the manual. The connections are not volt-free like the single channel receiver. I bought a relay to convert this to be volt-free and work like the (battery powered) thermostat it was replacing. This was my fault for not reading the manual before buying, not the device!!

I have installed three of these on a central heating system - one controlling each of three zones via associated Fibaro 2-channel relays. Once one is aware that the association will only work with channel one of the relay all is straightforward. It would be nice to be able to extract the temperature condition independently of the association - I'm still working on that.....

Excellent product but do not see why they cannot update the firmware to stop the switch timing out every 45 minutes... simple to install and reliable comma between Vera Plus and unit

This is a great device and easy to install. The wiring was a direct match to my existing boiler controller. You have to bear in mind this controller is part of a bigger system by Secure, so if like me you are installing it on its own, then you have to write a couple of scenes and some LUA code to send up wake up calls to the controller to keep the heating and hot water alive in the absence of a secure thermostat. Having said all that Vesternet were on hand to provide helpful advice,

I have the secure boiler two channel receiver running on my Vera Plus without any issues for heating and hot water. I haven't got a secure stat directly associated with it so I'm sending the HeatOn demand every 30 mins during occupation to overcome the failsafe. I'm using fibaro motion sensors for temperature monitoring in different rooms and with pleg, a multi switch and a virtual temp sensor, I can select which room to control the boiler. Perfect for my house as the original Stat is in totally the wrong place.

After a fair bit of research I decided hat this device was going to do what I needed. It took some time to get my system working with it but now it is I'm very happy with it.

This is a direct replacement for a Horstmann 2 channel central heating timer. It fits on the same backplate and can be fitted straight on, although another backplate is included.. It works well (this is my second one, for another part in my system). It is a pity that the current state of the relays is not apparent on the front - you have to open the fiddly door and push buttons to find out. You might need to do this to make sure it's working, for example. Otherwise, great.

This unit is easy to install - it simply replaces the previous controller on teh same back plate. It can be controlled using a Razberry PI and Domoticz software: it presents as two simple on-off switches which the software can control directly or via timers and logic without a separate thermostat. Manual control and status check is possible via buttons. Good product.
