“It worked perfectly with zwave, and danapad for 2 years, during which I replaced batteries twice.
Now, it shows in the app and respond to commands virtually, but nothing happens except green light
Seems that the motor of the lock brake.
More than 200 pounds for a product that works only 2 years, seems yo be too expensive.”
“I've had the lock for around 10 months now. Installing it was really easy and the instructions are great. The app still displays around 50-60% battery after daily use. The issue however is the Android app. It wasn't great when I first installed it but was hoping subsequent updates would make it better. While they have released updates to modernise the look, the reliability of the app has deteriorated to the point where it's nearly impossible to operate the lock with the app. Issues include having to re-enter login details every few days, app screen staying black when starting the app and not connected to internet (big issue in a building of flats with no internet in the corridor), app taking around 10 minutes to connect to the lock and auto-unlock feature being turned-off randomly but also not working when turned on.
I have also connected the lock to Openhab via z-wave, which works well and is very responsive to commands.”
