Have had this for over 6 months. CO2 sensor seems reactive - climbs when you enter the room, drops if you leave / open the door. Is sensitive enough if you breathe near it. Values seem about right. PM2.5 - not great at low / everyday values (e.g. typically shows 0, rather than an expected background level in the low double digits), but increases if you cook with doors between rooms open (picks up cooking 'smoke' etc - showing this as by far the main source of pollution for it's current location, a couple of rooms away from the kitchen). VOC consistently shows values, compared to PM2.5 values & is possibly more sensitive, though I can't always see a correlation between values & likely source (VOC is a bit of a vague term too...). The unit has an internal fan that generates noise - it reports itself at ~48db, a first model (swapped out by Vesternet) came in in the high 50's. at 48db it's noticable but ok in a home office, would not have it in a bedroom. Would probably be ok in most other living areas. Works well with a Z-wave hub - reporting as expected (Homeseer HS4 in my instance). Adding to the network & setting the time are a bit of an acquired process, but the instructions cover this well enough (you will need the instructions!). It takes a little while (up to 5 mins max) from powering on to settle into reporting all values - this is just the nature of the sensors (don't expect immediate readings on powering!). (only comes with a moulded EU plug - you can power by wiring up a 12V DC supply to built in + and - terminals, but in the UK you will need a adapter to use the enclosed cable & power brick). The socket on the end of the power brick is a relatively rare 2 pin affair - it's probably possible to work something out but getting a UK plug & socket combination for this is unlikely. Broadly happy with this for the price paid.
