I use these to duplicate momentary action switches on Belling fires. They work well in this context which requires volt free contacts. I use them with Smart Things which requires the DK driver to install (very simple installation and comprehensive driver). Unlike other users, I have had no reliability issues, and I have four of these. They are better than the switches. For lighting circuits I would recommend the Fibaro dimmer rather than these, even if you do not intend to dim the lights.

What controller are you using (optional)? Hubitat
Using this to control the dry contact signals to an automatic gate. Auto off function is handy as it only needs to pulse 12v to the control box. Using the second relay in the module to isolate the internal push to exit button, for added security when we are away.

I don't know what happened, but it seems the z-wave circuit died, or became unusable. The physical switch still operated the relay, but that's not much use, so I returned and got the simpler but actually more useful Fibaro single switch.

I use mainly Aeotec products but thought I would give Fibaro a try. I ordered Fibaro Double Smart Module and Fibaro Double Switch 2. Both of these connected OK to my Hubitat. They have been connected for a month and have proved to be very unreliable. They work only when they feel like it! I am replacing both with Aeotec Nano switches.
