Great little product - tiny so it can easily fit behind a switch.

Decent relay / switch module with power metering, just wish they'd kept the option for dry-contact! Well worth reading the manual on these too, there's a huge array of options to do cool stuff like automatically turning off after a set time, delaying turning on, etc - very useful for implementing safety functions on things like irrigation systems and motorised gates.

The module is used to control the power feed to my outdoor lighting. Works exactly as intended.

The relay included first time with my HC2 only by reading the instructions first. It does not seem to auto include? Apart from that, it works perfectly.

After successful pairing Vera can't find the device although it's working fine. Vera gives a false error. After some fidling and googling i 've managed to have the error disappear.

As with many Fibaro modules (my manufacturer of choice for embedded switches), these units work well and are a joy to install. Although other people on here have found it hard to include, I actually found the process quite easy (with HomeSeer). My only gripe is that I just cannot get it to report a change in instantaneous energy usage. Instead, I have to poll this device regularly to get an indication as to whether the attached device is drawing current or not. I've tried just about everything to get this auto-reporting, but I just cannot get it working. It *MAY* be due to the fact that I'm typically driving low-energy LED lamps with this, and the change between 0 and 5W is not enough for it to auto-report. But I don't see that limitation listed anywhere, despite making it as sensitive as possible to changes in load. Considering I upgraded from the first gen or products from Fibaro to this, I was a little disappointed that I didn't gain my automatic power usage reports. I can work round it using polling, but that keeps my Z-wave network busier than it should be, all the time.

I bought one but after many attempts I could not get it to join my Fibaro HC2 or HCL controllers After help from Vesternet, we decided it was faulty, so I bought a second one, with the intention of returning the first one. When the new one arrived I could not get it to join the controllers. After who knows how many attempts, it suddenly joined my HCL. The issue is that it is CRITICAL the speed at which you do the three clicks needed to activate the join. You have to hit on the exact speed. I have subsequently managed to get the first switch to join my HC2, again after many new attempts. I have 15 other Z-wave devices from various manufactures and have never had a problem including any of them at the first attempt. Fibaro needs to seriously find a better way of managing the inclusion process. Once installed, the device works very well.
