“Have several of these already and can't fault them. Solid, reliable, compact and best of all does not require neutral at the switch which is going to be the case in most UK houses. Highly recommend even if you are wanting to control a non dimmable light but just be conscious of minimum load this module requires. You may need the bypass 2 which is quite cheap and easily wired.”
“I really like these dimmers. They are quiet and work with all types of bulbs (are capable of leading and trailing edge dimming). They also support scene activation via S2 which allows me to use S2 as a smart switch. For example, 1 click in lounge means smart lighting - turn on ceiling and wall lights, plus the lamp in the corner. 3 scenes are supported. Adding them to the network is fairly straightforward, although I always get better results by resetting them to factory settings during the install (I think they are sometimes tested in the factory and come with some memory of the test network).”
“I've had several of Fibaro's Dimmer 2s controlling LED light circuits for over a year using Schneider momentary centre off switches to control. Very effective amd cool running. I have them on DIN rail in a connection box, "radial star" wired. With Screwfix LED lamps I've found the Dimmer gives good low level, smooth brightness control, and fast response to the switch actions. No flickering I've noticed.”
