“I bought one of these to try and after hours trying to get it to associate with a quibino mini dimmer I gave up on it. I tried with both the openHAB controller and the z-way controller. I also tried a 8-button remote that worked perfectly first time so I have ordered 5 more of them.
After a lot of fiddling I did get the wallmote to speak to openHAB but it took a while to get the slider function to work. I now use the wallmote purely via the controller which is great until the controller fails. Hence my desire to use associations.”
