Our customer service team is dedicated to addressing any issues you may encounter, and we handle returns with great care and attention. Unfortunately, in this instance, it was confirmed that the parcel was refused at the address provided, and therefore returned to sender, parcels refused by a neighbour cannot be returned to the sender. Instead, they are sent to the local depot for redelivery or collection. Your order has now been refunded minus the 25% restocking fee, this fee helps cover the initial postage, gift wrapping, personalised gift tag, and the charge from Royal Mail for returning the box to us.
