“I received lots of lovely items in here, some of which I wouldn't have picked so it was nice to try something different. I received an item which was faulty (through no fault of Treatbox) and when I reached out they sent me a replacement straight away. I can't fault the customer service of Treatbox, it's always prompt, friendly and effective.”

“I received the spring sale box for £25 and was a bit disappointed tbh! There was a bar of Chocolate with a short use by date, a cheap looking keyring, a pair of socks that were probably left over from valentines boxes and the rest was a couple of cards and a hair bobble a pen and a cheap looking bracelet! Definitely not worth the money! I don’t think I’ll be buying anymore from treatbox!”
