“After six months of use the strimmer now only lasts 10-12 minutes with a 5ah battery. I have purchased new batteries and they last no longer than 12 minutes. This is on Low setting. Dewalt can find no fault so are now refusing to support me even though the product is clearly not fit for purpose. Their test concluded under no load - the senior technician has advised that your string trimmer ran for approximately 15 minutes and would have continued working Clearly gardening equipment is not Dewalt's strong area and I would avoid!”

“An excellent tool with, the usual DeWalt quality feel and operation. Note that once assembled it will not be possible to use the box for storage, but it does fold in half to take less space.”
