“I was looking for a general purpose SDS drill - the DEWALT DCH263 does this perfectly. It's lightweight and powerful with a good running time (I use 54v batteries). The rotary only/hammer only/rotary and hammer selector makes it easy to use for hammer drilling holes for rawl bolts, cables through walls, security anchors in concrete floors, as well as chasing out mortar joints to replace pointing on 'hammer only' and core drilling on 'rotary only' (As yet I have only used it with 65mm dia bit through block, but it was well up to the job). The additional features of shock absorption grips are good for extended periods of use, and a plug in point for a dust collector is a nice touch. All in all, very pleased.”
