Just wanted to query on your table for compensatory mechanisms at 19min why is bicarbonate high for metabolic acidosis ? You explained at the beginning of the video that high bicarbonate levels lead to a higher pH because its basic, but in the table at 19 minutes, it says high HCO3 leads to a lower pH which would be more acidic? Could you clarify this please? Thanks for the great video as well!
