“I write this review as someone this product was not for. I am overweight with short fingers, low flexibility and and a fleshy vulva. Both sizes were not for me. I would have benefitted from a much longer stem for sure. As both sizes traveled too far in to reach and I actually needed outside help to remove size B. A longer stem would have been better for me for sure.
But The reason i give four stars despite this is because I still believe this is a good product. It didnt leak and was quite confortable despite my panic. And I can tell you that the bright blue color and rounded little end of the stem was a great help to locate it and pull it out. I can only imagine the nightmare if it had the traditional smooth stem and colored some discreet fleshy color. And honestly it did hold a lot of blood! I was shocked!
I will say, though, that this product only works if you have access to water. A huge storm did knock out our water during my period and I was unable to continue using the cups.
So if you are like me and struggle to insert and remove tampons, and dont have someone who you can rely on to help every time, or dont have running water, this might not be for you either.
But if you CAN use one, it would be way better than changing a tampon or pad on your heavy flow every two hours. It would make up for us that cannot use it.
A lovely thing, though, is that I had added it to a bundle of other things and wih all TNLC's sales and discounts, pimento was totally free for me.”

“I used to use pads and had never used tampons but this has been an easy switch. Definitely a learning curve but that's the same for any cup. Very comfortable and feels clean in use”
“Finally got to use my Pimento and I think it's great! Not too big and I don't even notice it when I put it in. The only complaint I have is that it seems a bit small and prone to getting a bit "stuck" and needing more effort to get out. Other than that, great product!”
