“This toy is rather good. It only really works well if you get a seal around the clitoris (though I can imagine a very pronounced clitoris could enjoy the tickle without a seal), a drop of lubricant or a couple of drops of saliva inside the alcove will help to allow the tickle to glide over the clitoris better, and the seal engages the suction.
It seems not to have genuine sucking power (with an air pump/motor), instead using a moving diaphragm to alternatingly increase and decrease the volume inside the alcove. With a seal around the clitoris this emulates fast and repetitive sucking, while remaining light and tender. If you like your clitoris to be practically stolen from your body by a ravenous vampire lover, this may not be strong enough for you.
When cleaning, spritz some cleaner straight into the alcove, and rub the inside with your pinky finger. It may see hard to clean in there but the NLC Toy Cleaner works, just rub it around the inside, let it sit a moment, and rinse thoroughly.
DO NOT press too hard on the floor (diaphragm) of the alcove, I suspect it can be penetrated if treated very roughly or perhaps has moving parts underneath that can be twisted or broken. Just a guess, but I suspect it is more delicate in there.
If it were a little flatter against the belly, it would be easier to use on a partner while giving them penetrative oral, but it is already doable and it does not get in the way of using your fingers on another person as much as other clitoral toys like some Wands or butterflies.
As the suction is emulated, you have to hold it in place a little, making use during intercourse potentially tricky to keep lined up (assuming your partner gets too excited to hold it in place themselves while you penetrate them).”
