I definitely think that the ring seems concerningly tight, you're definitely gonna need lube to get it on and off a partner or a toy. The ring part is pretty stretchy so it's probably gonna work out unless the bepenis'd partner is very girthy, but I wouldn't be surprised if even an average girthed person finds it uncomfortable.
