“Product is great, good value for money. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the delivery method (DHL). The rug was delivered 300 metres away from my house and then I was told " that the coordinates and attached photo were correct! However, the photograph showed a black door, my door is white and has an enclosed porch. I was then told that they would make enquiries and get back to me the following day. I had to contact them the following day which was when I told them I had done my own detective work and tracked down the house it has wrongly been delivered to and just left outside the front door. My advice to them is change your delivery methods as DHL cannot be trusted.”
