“Shipping and communication of when it was arriving was easy, quick and faultless from start to finish. It came rolled and folded in half so was sceptical about how it would unfold and being creased in the middle. But to my surprise I unrolled it and immediately hoovered it to fluff it up as comes very flat from packaging and transport but it hoovered up and became fluffy instantly and left it for 2hours to settle. When I came home there was no bumps or creased and had flattened out completely on the corners and was so fluffy underfoot. It's now been 2 days and wish I could leave photos on this review as looks and feels so soft and it's just perfect for us. It's great for our 12month old to play on and not too shaggy that he can't push toy cars along it. It's soft enough for our newborn to lay on too. Bargain and totally worth paying just £39.99 especially for it being 180x270cm too. Will 100% buy more rugs from here in the future! Wish I had bought sooner!”
