Railway Sleepers are green pressure treated to ensure a long, strong life in gardens and courtyards. “I ordered 7 sleepers but only 6 were delivered holding up my project. When I approached Suregreen I was told there was nothing the company could do about it. I have paid Suregreen and for the company not to deliver is appalling.”

Good Afternoon Philip Thank you for your feedback. We do understand it can be disappointing when items are lost in transit by a courier. I can see however we are dispatching a replacement sleeper today for the shortfall in your received goods. We raised investigations with the courier following your first contact with us, and although there was an issue this time, I would hope the replacement item issued would go towards rectifying any poor service you feel you have received. “The product itself is ok (good value for money) but the delivery is really slow. The website claims 2-3 days but in reality it's more like 10+ days. Not the place to order from if in a hurry or need the product within a specific timeframe.”
