“The sleepers were not the size sold. Suregreen say sizes can be up to 5% different and that is OK. However I'd like that to be the case for building a house when relying on multiple suppliers and on turns up at 190mm and the other at 210mm and expect the shared result to be acceptable. Delivered again by a truck with 2.3m exit for a 2.4m item. Loaded on side by forklift via curtainside only not to be able to be unloaded except by same method. So thank you so much to Persimmon staff and their telehandler. Not thanks to Suregreens transport contractors who failed to turn up on the day after insisting 2 people available at home to accept delivery a d then not turn up and no phonecall or explanation. Not good enough when I've spent over £1500 in a month with them. An stop calling a domestic residential house address as a 'site'. Sites may have staff. Homes do not!”
