“As the title suggests, I was very happy with the quality of the sleepers. Less happy with the delivery driver, who expected my daughter-in-law to unload the sleepers from his wagon and only grudgingly unloaded them as it was his time he was wasting.”

“All sleepers arrived on a pallet in good condition. From an initial inspection all look to be true and straight which is great news. They were not planed but as I intend on staining and sanding, that is not an issue for me. Only feedback that I would like to share that would have reduced the rating but thought it unfair to penalise the sleepers for this was that when you are paying so much for delivery...you shouldn’t have to unload the lorry with the driver, it should be a two man delivery.”

“Timber arrived in good condition but very wet so extremely heavy. Courier phoned to arrange delivery but we had to unload by hand as no mechanical aids were available to unload the lorry but I would still buy more from suppler”

“The timber provided is good, no issues there the only issue I have is the third party vehicle used to deliver the sleepers. I thought buying a pallet of sleeper the delivery vehicle would have a crane fitted but the one that arrived only had a tail lift which made getting the sleepers on the ground and onto our property quite difficult.”
