“I purchased the sleepers for business use, however I made mistake by paying with my personal bank account. I rang up and explained the situation, they refused to refund the money to my personal account so that I could then make payment from my business account. Not very customer friendly or accommodating, I would not choose to use again for this reason.”

“Got 2 pallets at the start of lockdown and the sleepers were brilliant; totally square and equally sized with very few imperfections. This last pallet was nowhere near the same quality; lots of damaged edges along the sleeper lengths and edges not square. Some of the sleepers were difficult to find a good side for the outside raised bed walls. On the flip side the delivery this time was excellent and didn’t have to hand-ball everything off the lorry like last time.”

“They were treated but the treatment had not penetrated much into the timber. Delivery was also a problem. These arrived by tail lift van and were damaged as they were being unloaded as the vehicle was not suitable for a double pallet delivery. They were also too heavy for the equipment used. Having paid quite a high price for delivery, I expected something better than this.”
