“Sleepers are good quality, however, for the price of delivery, you have to offload them by yourself. the driver will not help. No machinery on the delivery vehicle to offload. So imagine offloading 72 sleepers by hand. Absolute joke.”

Hi Alexander, I am sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery method of your order. We do try and make it as clear as possible before ordering, that for orders outside our immediate delivery area, our selected pallet courier would require 2 people on site to offload the goods. Unfortunately, the majority of our sleepers are just too long and heavy to be manouvered onto a tail lift and cannot always be moved by a pallet truck. This should have all been made clear for you before delivery was made. This is why we ask our courier to call you directly to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. If you do want to discuss it further however we're happy to speak to you directly if you contact our customer care team. “The product is fine but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Constant chasing for delivery information, conflicting information from whoever you speak to (don't use the chat facility!), no contact from the actual courier until 5mins before actually delivery. Not helpful when they insist on arranging help to offload. Plus the courier actually lying about speaking to me to arrange the delivery. Great pricing doesn't offset the extremely poor service throughout!”
