“Ordered these in 20kg bags. They were delivered on a large pallet which was also left. Driver also arrived before his scheduled tracking time and as I was on a conference call, didn't see the pallet. Called and asked for it to be picked up. Still here though even though I am only a few miles away.”

Good Morning, Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Your delivery was made with a craned vehicle due to the weight of the order and the goods remain on the pallet as these are not handballed off. Could you please let us know either by phone or email where the pallet is located on your property? This way, we can arrange for a driver to collect it when they are passing by. “Most of the larger pebbles were 80-100mm. None were as small as 30mm. We were very disappointed.”
