“Great sleepers, great price but informing me at 5am on the day of delivery that you are coming is not very good. I already had plans and was not able to be here to meet delivery, as I had a hospital appointment. You need to improve the notice!”

“Ordering was easy. Tracking my order was so accurate, but the delivery driver was rude, complaining that he couldn't find our property, even though there are only 8 properties in our road. We never have anyone else unable to find us. He needs some people skills.”
