“I’ve bought 50 railway sleepers and only about 20 were good quality the other 30 very poor quality some even damaged. They’ve advertised with 3-4 days delivery time but instead I’ve got them delivered after 14 days , and I’ve been trying to get hold on them by phone and only the 4th time I’ve got an answer after 10 days prom purchasing the goods I won’t recommend this product and company”

“Poor support Extra £277 for redelivery which didn’t need to happen!!! Product is ok, nothing to write home about. Will never buy again, will spend the rest of my life warning others to to shop here.”

Hi Daniel, We are sorry for any disappointment caused around the delivery. I can see that the charges applied are for redelivery and the order having to change depot due to the incorrect address being entered on the website when you placed the order, the fees we are charged by the courier company. Should we been made aware from the order being placed the address was incorrect, we could of avoided the courier charges and amended the address while in processing.
