“Hi, The topsoil is fine, no complaints on the product. However it took over 6 weeks to complete my order, delivery communication was inadequate and I never received an apology or compensation for the delay, so I think the customer service can be improved. Thanks, John”

“I ordered 2 bulk bags of topsoil. One was like concrete and I had to break it up with a pickaxe. The quality appears poor and I was taking bits of glass out and old nails. The second bag was entirely different and was what I was expecting in terms of quality topsoil.”

“Out of 5 bags 2 and a bit good quality the rest very heavy clay very claggy and compacted. Hard to get a spade in. Very mixed quality”

“I was hoping for some good quality top soil to aid drainage and add quality to my heavy clay soil. Instead, I received more heavy clay (with quite a few weeds growing on the top) with some added stones (which I guess was to aid drainage). Unfortunately I was not in a position to send back as I needed to lay turf (which I had already received from a different supplier) and plant out some spring plants (which had already arrived too). Really disappointed with the product. I won’t be using suregreen again.”
