“Sleepers are very good quality and price was fair. When order was delivered it was 1 sleeper short and no prior notice given to advise there would be a shortfall. We had to follow it up and were not given an accurate date straight away for when the order would be fulfilled meaning we couldn’t plan in when to carry out works which was frustrating.”

“Absolutely love the sleepers, exactly what I wanted. Easy to order, arrived quickly only issue was with the courier driver who didnt help with unloading the sleepers. I feel the that for 27 2.4 × 240 x 120 you need something to help lift the sleepers like a grab lorry, not just a normal lorry and expect customer to unload”

“I ordered two lots! First delivery arrived and driver said he couldn’t lift them as he thought he’d cracked a rib a few days earlier so I had to lift snd carry them all myself (18) but they were very decent timbers and did the first part of the job fine. Second delivery (different driver this time) helped me lift them off (8) But must say this second delivery of sleepers were not as good as first delivery! Couldn’t believe how dirty they were snd marked with blue snd red stains on them also 5 out the lot had oil stained boot prints all on them which I had to sand out !! Price was okay for sleepers especially as extra wide (240) just a shame about condition of second order I received! Saying that I would order again in the future BUT make sure they are not stained snd someone hasn’t walked all over them with dirty oil stained boots.”
