“Great screws but arrived in sodden cardboard box that was falling apart.... I assume that it held together enough to get all the screws I paid for, I didn't count them but far from impressed. After this experience I will not order hardware items from Suregreen”

Good Afternoon Andrew, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the box containing your screws may now be damp. I can assure you this would not have been packed in this manner, and can only assume as your order was left on your driveway as instructed that perhaps it may have rained before you could retrieve the package. I can see the sleepers you ordered arrived on time and in good condition, I do hope that the packaging on a smaller item ordered wouldn't put you off ordering with us again.
