“I would be willing to provide a review on the quality of the 20 twenty sleepers I have paid for however they were not delivered despite me paying for a deliver, agreeing a date and having a conversation with the courier who failed to attend my property with the products I have paid for. Now Suregreen are demanding another delivery fee for the courier who failed to show up with the sleepers. I would post a photo of I had them but I am still waiting on Suregreen to resolve this issue.”

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, we are a small family run business and we aim to deliver the highest level of service and will continue to improve this with our customer feedback. I am sorry to hear that our choice of courier has let you down, we do advise in various places on our website and on your disaptch email that timber and concrete items require 2 people for the offload. As the driver arrived on the agreed date and there was not 2 people for the manual offload, it does require a redelivery fee, which is also advised on our website. “Looked good value but had to be taken off a curtain sided lorry by hand, due to my partners injury we could not do that so cancelled the order at a hefty cost. Other items for kerbside by other companies have been lifted off by crane onto the drive, be aware Suregreen do no not offer that facility.”

Hi Carol, We are sorry for any misunderstanding around the delivery. We do advise on site that timber orders require 2 people to assist with offloading unless otherwise advised. I can see that you received free shipping to your address and that the charges applied are for the fees we are charged by the courier company to have the goods returned back to us. Should an order be cancelled prior to shipping we would not charge any cancellation costs.
