“The product itself was great and at a competitive price. One of the items ordered was out of stock but despite trying I could not get any indication of when it might be available which delayed delivery. Responses to emails were very slow which in total added another 10 days to delivery. Staff were friendly at least.”

“Most fantastic service. I got exactly what I needed and the delivery driver was so helpful, I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone, I had to e_mail the company as two dates came up that I couldn't be home for delivery, I got a prompt reply and they worked around me. Do not mess around with anyone else this service has everything and can back up their service. THANK YOU SURE GREEN”

“I brought 40 sleepers for a job and you delivered free I went to order another 10 for same job and you wanted to charge me £30 delivery so I brought the others locally and got free delivery ?”

“I bought 17 railway sleepers and non of them got the correct dimension. They have been bent and very rough cut tried using sandpaper to smooth them a little but it did not help as you can see in the photos.”

“Good price for the 20 sleepers we ordered with free delivery. Took a little longer to get than I hoped but there was a bank holiday. Delivery driver was helpful. Free planters and compost with order and planters are much larger than I expected, so a great bonus. Unfortunately 1 is damaged but very quick response to say replacement will be sent. Would definitely use again if we need another big order”
