Good morning Gary, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you feel that you haven't received our normal level of service. We are a small, family-run business that is continually improving our products and services. We have been in contact regarding your order on multiple occasions via email. The incorrect address was entered on the order when placed via website. We had to ask the courier to change the address which we advised would cause a delay to relabel and send to the another depot than orginally at for delivery.
