They did exactly what I wanted them for Pricing was good Delivery service was polite, considerate and on time The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that one of the posts was bent, not a major issue to me as I'd ordered one more than I needed… Just in case.

Timber I ordered was good quality and arrived on time. Very good tracking app let me see exactly where driver was. Would use again.

Well, hard to say anything positive about my experience. I've ordered posts which were in stock. Website says delivery between 3-7 working days. When I was chasing up my delivery online chat assistant told me that it's 7 days from despatch. I had to call couple days later customer service where I was told that my order left the yard. However provided tracking number didn't work. I was offered to resend order but posts were not in stock (were in stock at the time of order) so I've got refund. I have feeling that my order never left yard as no one wanted to chase courier and they were telling me lies. Sure green didn't care that I haven't received my order until I was chasing it up. I absolutely regret that I made an order from them and lost weeks with my project.

Hi Karel, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you're unhappy with the service received this time. On review of your contact with us; via our chat platform we had asked a number of times whether you would like us to make contact with the courier to investigate the whereabouts of your goods. The response we received to our questions was unclear and dismissive. When contact was made by phone following this, we did advise that due to the period following dispatch, we could only assume that the goods were lost in transit, this can be for a number of reasons and although uncommon is not unheard of when dispatching multiple items through larger courier networks. Rather than make you wait any further for confirmation of this from the courier, we offered to replace your order there and then. This was all explained to you during that call. Along with this, when it was discovered that due to stock levels we could not offer the same item, we asked a member of our operations team to search our depot for any chance we could fulfil this for you; when searches came back negative however, an upgrade to an alternative higher-priced item was offered and declined. We feel that following your contact with us regarding this concern we did all we could to attempt to rectify this with you. As soon as you declined an alternative replacement item, a full refund of your order was issued the same day. Again, our apologies that your order did not go as planned this time.
