“2 issues; The delivery driver was unhelpful; sat in his cab having refused the use of the pallet truck as the load was too heavy! Oak sleepers; 6 out of the 20 were very poor quality and unsuitable for use as garden steps; wood was soft and would not hold coach bolts. Quality control needs urgent attention.”

“Nothing like what was showed in the picture that I seen before I bought . I have quite a few bent and a lot of them have got big chunks missing off the edges . Very dissapointed with the quality I am a joiner by trade it’s as if these had been cut up recently from the storms we had in the uk earlier on this year and not left long enough to be seasoned before cutting to length bredth and depth . “I ordered 25 bollards for a garden project to create a retaining wall. Delivery was quick and the quality was good. One bollard was slightly warped, however, the delivery driver advised this could be swapped out if needed. Happy customer.”

“I ordered a pallet for curb side delivery. The first thing I will say is they are very very heavy! So when you have to help the driver lift them all from a large lorry off the side you better be fit! Great quality, all mostly straight. Very pleased.”

“And delivered very helpfully too. Green oak is bound to be a little cracked etc but this was good. We will order some more”
