“I’m very disappointed with Suregreen. I ordered a number of railway sleepers from them, which mysteriously disappeared when picked up by the courier. After multiple failed attempts to contact the courier (they do not respond when you call), I was informed that my order was with the courier, but they can’t locate it. Absolutely rubbish service. Requested a refund, and went to another firm. Would not order again from Suregreen, nor recommend them.”
