“Would love to….. still waiting after a week since it’s been ordered, the company DHL excuse is it’s on the next days delivery. They’ve been saying that the last 4 times lve rang customer service. BAD FAILED DELIVERY SERVICE. STILL WAITING.”

This is on the 5th working day as advised on the website the delivery time frame is 3-5 working days so this has been slightly longer due to the bank holiday. “Order process was straightforward and notified when item dispatched. Unfortunately DHL decided to deliver to a property half mile away (not even in the same post code), whilst maintaining they had left it an out building we don’t have! Following several emails to Suregreen and 2 calls to DHL I was promised their driver would collect and deliver to correct address. 2 days later still no action so collected myself. On a positive note Suregreen promptly refunded the delivery cost.”
