“When delivered we were at home waiting at 4 Little Lane but the driver did not call at our house, he just dropped the load over the fence onto the newly laid patio! He then drove off. Fortunately there were only a few strips of bamboo broken at the ends. Also the patio does not look as though any damage has been done. I would have preferred to have supervised where exactly the goods would be placed on the surface.”

“I was told that these were mouldy on delivery and not to be bought - I had bought them before with no problems- these arrived perfect unlike other places where they arrived spllt and broken”
