“Absolutely terrible, it had mould on it. Tried to clean it but nothing worked. Contacted customer services and they never got back to me. In the end we painted it but everything it rains, it turned very dark. Will never order it again”

Hi Ivana, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry if you didn't receive our reply when you contacted about your order back in August. I can see a colleague did reply to you by email - a section of their reply is as follows - I would suggest this is not mould but the natural suger resin that comes out of Bamboo. Please wash with warm soapy water and this should disperse. If you were unhappy to use these items we could have discussed a replacement with you nearer the order date, I'm afraid as they've been fitted since July we wouldn't be able to help with this now. We are here 7 days a week, and are more than happy to help, so if you do have any queries with future orders, please do get in touch. “Finally put up today, definitely worth the wait! Lovely colour and finish, easy to instal, good quality and hides next door's ugly shed. Excellent value for money, though the delivery charge made me cry. A bit.”
